Our Process

Understanding construction and the steps as an owner is sometimes a difficult, lengthy and multi-step process. We typically prefer the design to build method with our projects.

 

Coordinated execution of all phases provides three phases to the process which include, Design, Permitting, and the Construction project management program.

 

We as a partnering company like to be involved as early as possible, so communications between the Architect, Permitting, and our Team are well established from the inception until the project closeout.
