Building fitness in Boca Raton

Boca Raton runs its own building department with its own review cadence, and many of the city's better retail centers have landlord design criteria that go beyond code. Our approach:

Review the landlord's tenant criteria manual alongside the franchisor's brand standards before design starts, so the two do not conflict at permit review.
Prepare a complete permit set with the engineer of record.
Carry a standing inspection watchlist (plenum compliance, louver separation, equipment anchorage, firestopping) so final inspections do not delay opening.
