Building fitness in Plantation, Sunrise and Weston

Plantation, Sunrise and Weston each permit through their own building departments, all inside the High Velocity Hurricane Zone. Weston in particular has design and signage standards that go beyond the building code, and several of the larger centers in Plantation and Sunrise require landlord approval of mechanical and storefront work before the city will accept a permit application. We reconcile the franchisor design package with the landlord criteria before design starts, prepare a complete permit set with the engineer of record, and carry our standing inspection watchlist through closeout so final inspections do not delay opening.
