Fitness & Wellness Construction in Pembroke Pines, Miramar and Cooper City

Southwest Broward, from Pembroke Pines and Miramar up through Cooper City and Davie, is where much of the county's new boutique fitness growth is happening, and it is where BuildPoint's current work is concentrated. BuildPoint is a licensed Florida general contractor (CGC 1531767) that builds fitness and wellness studios for franchise operators and independent owners across South Florida. We completed Club Pilates Cooper City, 2,469 square feet, in 2024. Club Pilates Miramar, 2,418 square feet on Miramar Parkway, is under construction with a late 2026 opening, and KidStrong Pembroke Pines, 3,243 square feet on Pines Boulevard, is in permitting: two adjacent suites being combined into a single assembly occupancy.
