Franchise reformer Pilates studio: retail bay conversion with structural backing for wall mounted equipment, mirrored walls, specialty flooring and full mechanical, electrical and plumbing to Club Pilates brand standards.

KidStrong Lake Worth, located on South Jog Road in Greenacres in central Palm Beach County. KidStrong youth training center buildout: open training floor with the brand floor system, parent viewing area, restrooms to current accessibility code, and finishes to KidStrong franchise standards.

The Village of Wellington, the City of Greenacres and Lake Worth Beach each permit separately, and addresses just outside their limits fall to Palm Beach County's building division, so the first thing we confirm on a central county site is which department has jurisdiction. Youth fitness concepts in this area are often larger than a typical retail bay, which brings assembly occupancy and restroom count questions into the site review. We reconcile the franchisor design package with the landlord criteria before design starts, prepare a complete permit set with the engineer of record, and carry our standing inspection watchlist through closeout so final inspections do not delay opening.
