Fitness & Wellness Construction in Delray Beach

Delray Beach mixes a walkable downtown along Atlantic Avenue with large suburban retail centers to the west, and both draw boutique fitness tenants. BuildPoint is a licensed Florida general contractor (CGC 1531767) that builds fitness and wellness studios for franchise operators and independent owners across South Florida. We have built two Club Pilates studios in the city: Club Pilates Delray Beach, 1,720 square feet, completed in 2020, and Club Pilates Delray Beach West, 2,360 square feet, completed in 2021, one of the larger reformer layouts we have delivered for the brand.
