Club Pilates Midtown Doral

Reformer Pilates studio in Midtown Doral, permitted through the City of Doral. Our second project in Doral alongside StretchLab. Franchise reformer Pilates studio: retail bay conversion with structural backing for wall mounted equipment, mirrored walls, specialty flooring and full mechanical, electrical and plumbing to Club Pilates brand standards.

Building fitness in Doral

Doral permits through its own building department, separate from unincorporated Miami-Dade County, and sits inside the High Velocity Hurricane Zone, so equipment anchorage and product approvals are reviewed closely. Retail centers in Doral tend to be newer construction with landlord criteria that go beyond code. We reconcile the franchisor design package with the landlord criteria before design starts, prepare a complete permit set with the engineer of record, and carry our standing inspection watchlist through closeout so final inspections do not delay opening.
