Our Treasure Coast work includes IM=X Pilates and Fitness Port St. Lucie, a 3,390 square foot reformer Pilates and group fitness studio on NW Prima Vista Boulevard, completed in 2024 by combining two pairs of adjoining suites into a single facility. Club Pilates Palm Beach Gardens

Franchise reformer Pilates studio: retail bay conversion with structural backing for wall mounted equipment, mirrored walls, specialty flooring and full mechanical, electrical and plumbing to Club Pilates brand standards.

IM=X Pilates and Fitness Port St. Lucie

Port St. Lucie | 3,390 SF | 2024 | Completed

A 3,390 square foot IM=X Pilates and Fitness studio on NW Prima Vista Boulevard, built by combining two pairs of adjoining suites (304-305 and 309-310) into one reformer Pilates and group fitness facility with a branded reception, mirrored studio walls and accent lighting. BuildPoint served as general contractor from demolition of the existing shell through permitting, buildout and turnover.

Building fitness on the Treasure Coast

Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Stuart and Vero Beach each permit through their own building departments, with St. Lucie, Martin and Indian River County handling unincorporated areas. The Treasure Coast sits outside the High Velocity Hurricane Zone that governs Miami-Dade and Broward, but it is inside Florida's wind-borne debris region, so exterior openings, rooftop equipment anchorage and product approvals are still reviewed. Many of the region's retail centers along US 1, St. Lucie West Boulevard and Prima Vista Boulevard are first generation shell space, so mechanical, electrical and plumbing budgets need to be set before the lease is signed. We reconcile the franchisor design package with the landlord criteria before design starts, prepare a complete permit set with the engineer of record, and carry our standing inspection watchlist through closeout so final inspections do not delay opening.
